Hi my name is Elaina and I like swimming! my favourite subject at school is reading, writing and maths. Art is also one of my interests because its lots of fun. I also like playing on the playground at lunch.wikispaces are something fun for me at home because I like playing games and spending time on the computer.My favourite kind of animal is a dog. Dogs are interesting to me because they are cute and fun!on wednesday 24th june 2009 room 5 and 14 went to matat to discover what kinds of things people used for communication. we saw morse code, braille, old phones old cameras and flags.about 200 years ago cavemans communicated with drums because drums could travel long distances. motat was fun it was very funny when shannon got stuck in the stocks and and we nearly went to lunch with out her.Motat is the best place with stuff to discover!!!!!!!! TERM 3 !!!!
In term 3 we have been playing a lot of scatter ball and had a lot of fun visitors come in.Like the k.b.b music demonstration and the milo cricket team,that was fabulous! We played a very fun cricket game then we went to drink some delicious milo(which was cold). The k.b.b music demonstration was very cool. The man that came in played the saxophone,drum,flute and trumpet. Some music of his was funny, some were sad and some were music from the children commercials on television. This term we are also focusing on our stunt that we are doing. We have come up with a stunt that we are going to do in Queens street. This stunt is going to be done a day after the climate change. The climate change is some thing that is happening all around the world. lots of things are melting by the world getting hotter. The world is getting hotter by people using a lot of CO2 which is carbon dioxide. So our stunt i going to Queens street and sending the message around about climate change. So we are going to form the numbers 350!
